At ScentiMelti UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to avoid processing delays.

Label and Post

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, fix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
